Our trainers will update employee/dependent information, communicate the benefit package available to them, assist in the selection process, fill out the required information and electronically submit this information to the HR department for their files. This an efficient and reliable way to communicate and enroll employees in the benefit package. The amount of time and money this would save the HR department could be as much as 1 hour per eligible employee per year and an additional $100 per eligible employee per year in open enrollment costs savings.
