Our Company

With over 40 years of experience, our management team has developed technology and systems to assist employers in communicating benefits to their employees, training employees to use the internal HR systems and submit enrollment information to the HR department in electronic format.

Benefit Communication

With access to over 1100 trained and certified enrollers/trainers across the country as well as Call Center capabilities, we specialize in communicating a consistent message to all employees thru the use of multi-media presentations, intranet / Internet presentations and one-on-one communications through the use of laptop computers.

Employee Training

Our trainers will travel to employers locations and not only communicate the benefit package but also train employees on how to access the various carrier website , provide the 800 #’s of each of the carriers, train the employees on your company resources available to them and encourage the employee to take more control of their insurance plans.

Paperless System

Our trainers will update employee/dependent information, communicate the benefit package available to them, assist in the selection process, fill out the required information and electronically submit this information to the HR department for their files. This an efficient and reliable way to communicate and enroll employees in the benefit package. The amount of time and money this would save the HR department could be as much as 1 hour per eligible employee per year and an additional $100 per eligible employee per year in open enrollment costs savings.
